About

a slower, more intentional way of living

ocean connection, authentic self

I’ve always been drawn to the simple things.

Time outside. A morning surf. Good food. A home that doesn’t feel cluttered. Clothes made from natural fibres. Moving my body because it feels good. Travelling somewhere new and staying long enough to actually notice it. Spending time with the people I love without feeling like I need to document every moment.

But somewhere along the way, modern life made simplicity feel complicated.

We’re constantly being encouraged to buy more, do more, optimise more, share more—and somehow still feel like we’re not doing enough.

Live Simply Stay Salty is my little corner of the internet for stepping back from all of that.

It’s about finding ways to live a little more intentionally, without needing to completely change your life.

Here I share the things I’m learning, questioning, trying and sometimes getting wrong—from creating a more natural and conscious home, to moving and eating well, raising a curious little human, travelling, building a business, simplifying what we own, and figuring out what actually makes life feel rich.

I’m not here to tell you how to live.

I’m much more interested in asking:

What if we needed less than we thought?
What if healthier choices could also be simpler?
What if we spent less time trying to capture our lives, and more time actually living them?

Because I don’t believe intentional living has to mean perfection, deprivation or opting out of modern life.

Sometimes it’s just choosing the better option when you can.
Buying one good thing instead of five cheap ones.
Getting outside instead of scrolling.
Cooking something simple.
Wearing clothes that make you feel great.
Making space for the people you care about.
Taking the long way home.

Small choices, repeated often, can change the way a life feels.
And that’s really what Live Simply Stay Salty is about.

A reminder to slow down.
To stay curious.
To choose consciously.
To get outside.
To make room for what matters.

And most importantly, to live more of your life—and less of the life you think you’re supposed to be living.

I’m glad you’re here.
