mind + Body + surf
yoga + surf + mindset workshop
This half day experience is for surfers at any level, interested in self-development, mindset and connection.
We’ll begin the day by meeting and connecting with the group – going through a short breath workshop and meditation. We’ll use practical tools such as visualisation, intention and goal-setting to bring with us out in the surf.
After a 1.5 – 2 hr surf, we’ll come in for a 30 minute restorative yoga flow on the beach; then head to our favourite whole food cafe for a group lunch, where we’ll de-brief and discuss our setbacks and accomplishments!
Join us as we open our awareness to the deep inner-workings of our minds and explore our highest potential – all while making new connections and having fun!
The exact location will be determined the day before the event to get the best waves possible. We will choose a beginner / longboard friendly spot in the Lake Macquarie area – Blacksmiths, Hams, Caves, or South Catherine Hill Bay.

8:45-10:45 Group surf
10:45 – 11:20 Post-surf restorative yoga on the beach
11:45- 12:45 Lunch & group de-brief
