3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

More than 30 days before the event: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fee
14–30 days before: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund unless under special circumstances (e.g. serious illness)

Cancellations by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, illness, low attendance). You’ll be offered:

A full refund, or
A transfer to another date/event

Australian Consumer Law:

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have rights to a refund, replacement, or compensation if a service:

Is not delivered with due care and skill
Is not fit for the stated purpose
Differs significantly from its description

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

By booking an event, you confirm:

You are physically and mentally capable of participating in yoga, ocean, and nature-based activities
You have disclosed relevant medical conditions before attending
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during events unless required by law.
