Meet your instructor

Marina is a 200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor, with her personal practice spanning 13 years. She mainly teaches Vinyasa and Hatha, focusing just as much on strengthening asanas as she does on balancing and flexibility.

Marina was first drawn to yoga as a challenging yet gentle exercise that perfectly complimented her passion for surfing. She eventually began to experience the many other benefits, finding it a holistic practice that incorporates breath, body awareness, self-discipline, and mental focus.

“Yoga is a never-ending journey of self-discovery, which helps to approach life in a mindful way. A balance between exerting effort and letting go, it teaches us that we have the power to control our thoughts, while releasing what we can’t control.”

Marina’s mission is to support others in simply showing up as their authentic selves and moving through life consciously, with intention and purpose.
